Why are you drawn to the area(s) of study you indicated earlier in this application? If you are "undecided" or not sure which Brown concentrations match your interests, consider describing more generally the academic topics or modes of thought that engage you currently. (150 word limit)
My interests cover a wide variety of subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Economics, and Engineering among them. I am drawn towards Math and Science because of the precision associated with both, while I am drawn to Economics because it attempts to predict human behavior, and I have always liked discovering what motivates people. Engineering I find appealing because it explores the practical applications of science and the way it affects our lives. I think that the "Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship Program," might be the right concentration for me because it includes all these subjects. I am specifically interested in the "Entrepreneurship and Technology Management Track", since it emphasizes engineering and the natural sciences. However, I am also intrigued by higher level study in Mathematics, and particularly Applied Mathematics, so I might concentrate in that or even develop an independent concentration.
